I REMEMBER WHAT IT WAS LIKE TO GO THROUGH PERIMENOPAUSE:

I WAS 46 YEARS OLD AND TOLD EVERYONE TO “QUICK DUCK A HOT FLASH IS COMING THROUGH!” BRAIN FOG, HOT FLASHES, NIGHT SWEATS, CAN’T SLEEP.
